Christmas Red Wine and Garlic Salami East Coast Cured
Our first ever recipe was developed in the eaves of Steven and Susie’s family home prior to starting commercial production. This classic Italian-style salami is flavoured with red wine, garlic and black pepper. Best enjoyed thinly sliced with an aperitif or as part of a cheese board with a light to medium bodied Italian red.
1 x salami weighing approximately 140g (we use natural skins and hand-tie our salamis so there may be weight variations of +/- 10g)
Scottish pork
Ingredients: Pork, salt, dextrose, curing salts (E250 & E252), wine, garlic & spices
Allergens: Our herbs & spices are packed in a plant that handles nuts, sesame, wheat, soya, gluten & mustard
Storage: Store in a cool place. Once opened consume within 2 weeks (9-month shelf-life for vac-packed products)
