Soft, rich and full of flavour, this smoked chorizo combines firey chipotle peppers, smooth red wine and a blend of aromatic spices with smoke from Scotch whisky oak.

1 x salami weighing approximately 130g (they use natural skins and hand-tie their salamis so there may be weight variations of +/- 10g)
