Inspired by a family holiday to Tuscany, our Fennel salami combines pork with toasted fennel seeds, red wine, garlic and black pepper to create a smooth and well-balanced salami. The combination of lightly toasted fennel seeds and Puddledub pork is a joy to behold on its own however our Fennel salami will add depth and flavour to a rich tomato pasta sauce or cassoulet with red wine and shallots. Shortlisted for best artisanal product at the Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Awards 2019 (and beaten by our Porcini & Truffle!)

1 x salami weighing approximately 140g (we use natural skins and hand-tie our salamis so there may be weight variations of +/- 10g)

Storage: Store in a cool place. Once opened consume within 2 weeks (9-month shelf-life for vac-packed products)
