Christmas Chorizo with Bourbon East Coast Cured
Our interpretation of a Spanish classic, this Chorizo is bursting with flavour. Seasoned with our special blend of spices, a few herbs and a wee drop of red wine and bourbon, our chorizo packs a punch. Try our Chorizo with an aperitif of bourbon on the rocks or as the flavour finale of a charcuterie board. Great to cook with, we often have it with scrambled eggs and spinach on buttery toasted sourdough. The perfect Sunday brunch!
1 x salami weighing approximately 150g (East Coast use natural skins and hand-tie their salamis so there may be weight variations of +/- 10g)
