Radish and fennel salad

• 2 large crisp lettuce hearts,
• 1 small fennel bulb,
• 250g radishes grated,
• 4 tablespoons olive oil,
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice,
• pinch of paprika,
• ½ small onion finely chopped,
• 3 tablespoons chopped fennel or dill leaves

Mix the lettuce with the fennel and radishes.

Mix the oil with the lemon juice and add the paprika.

Stir in the onion and the fennel or dill leaves and toss the salad in this dressing.
