• What day will my order arrive?

  We will check into your postcode and let you know once you have registered.

  Once we have allocated you to a delivery route, your delivery will arrive on the same day each week.  More information is available on our Organic Deliveries page

• What time can I expect my delivery?

  We usually speak to your delivery driver to find out when he is normally in your area.

  Most of our deliveries are carried out during the day, which is why we like to have a pre-arranged place to leave your order if you are out when the delivery is being made.

  Once we have spoken to the driver, we can email or call you with an approximate time.

• What do I do with my empty box?

  Please do keep your box if you are able, so that we can pick it up when we make your next delivery.

  We re-use boxes in good condition and line them with fresh paper on a weekly basis. This keeps costs down, reduces wastage, and saves the environment.

  Please try to remember to leave your box out – and if it looks like it is going to rain, putting it in a bag would be helpful since we can’t re-use soggy boxes - thanks!
