How we work

Our system runs on a repeat order system to cater for the 99% of our customers who would like a regular delivery without the hassle of contacting us each time. Therefore, if we don’t hear from you by the deadlines, we’ll assume that you would like a regular order on an ongoing basis that will remain the same as the previous delivery. We will deliver to the same place at the usual time!  You can call us on 01506 847 690 or email us at sales@growwild.co.uk if you would like to make any changes to your order.

If you would like to have some additional items included for any particular week, please make this clear by telling us that the addition is for ONE week only or on an ongoing basis (until further notice). This really helps us to get your order correct.

Other information

  • To clarify payment arrangements – We take payment by direct debit using the secure payment processor ‘GoCardless’ as outlined :

 

GoCardless, the UK’s largest online direct debit facilitation company  enables you to securely pay with your bank account via Direct Debit. Your details are stored using military grade encryption, and all payments are fully protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee… This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits. If there are any changes to the amount, date or interval of your Direct Debit GoCardless will notify you 3 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by GoCardless or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society – If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when GoCardless asks you to. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.

Should your payment be declined, you will be advised.  Payment can be arranged by an alternative method for that delivery. Any bank charges incurred will be your liability and not that of Grow Wild. No charges will be imposed by Grow Wild or by GoCardless.


  • Please do keep your box if you are able, so that we can pick it up when we make your next delivery. We re-use boxes in good condition and line them with fresh paper on a weekly basis. This keeps costs down, reduces wastage, and saves the environment.
  • We hope you enjoy your produce. Please get in touch if you have any comments- we welcome feedback, we do listen, and we do take steps to act on comments when possible. We look forward to speaking to you soon.
