Sautéed Spring Greens – UK grown & tender!
Simply shred and wash, and sauté in butter, garlic and seasoning until just cooked and still a tad crunchy. Drain when cooked. Wonderful served with a knob of garlic butter on the top. Alternatively drizzle on some tahini. Or do both!!
