Roasted Vegetable Soup

Chop some carrots, swede and leeks with 1 stick celery into chunky pieces and put into the oven with some butter for 30 minutes until roasted and slightly tender. Then add to veg stock with garlic, a little bit cinnamon and dried chilli flakes. Very tasty and a change from ordinary veg soup - comes out a bit more chunky too!
