Fennel with Pasta

• 1 head of Fennel;
• salt;
• plenty of Parmesan;
• olive oil or butter;
• chopped parsley;
• pasta

Cook the fennel in salted water until tender. Slice and keep hot.

Cook the pasta in the fennel water. Drain and mix in the sliced fennel plus 2 -3 tbs of oil or butter.

Sprinkle on some cheese and chopped parsley and serve.
