A ramekin. Add a few flakes of smoked salmon. Break over an organic egg, cover with a spoonful of organic double cream. Bake in the oven for 4 to 5 minutes until the egg is just set.
Eat with a spoon and a glass of Blanc de Noir Champagne. Season as required at table.
Traditional luxury.
