What you need:
Mushrooms on toast - Wonderful for Sunday brunch or a light supper.
Simply sauté in some butter with lots of seasoning of salt and pepper (some like Tabasco too!) in a pan with a lid on, and serve up on some hot buttered wholemeal toast. It doesn’t get much better than this.
