What if something in my box isn’t up to your usual quality standard?

This really shouldn’t happen – but if it does, please do give us a quick buzz or drop us an email.

We will of course add something extra into your next order by way of compensation.

We would far rather be informed so that we are made aware of any specific quality issues, rather than you saying nothing and being disappointed. We like to be able to put any mistakes right (and to be able to go back to our suppliers to find out what the problem has been).

This sort of thing can happen in particular with items such as aubergines which look great from the outside, even though they may be hiding problems on the inside which can’t be seen until cut open!
