The best way to get around this problem is for you to leave a cool box out!
Your helpful and friendly driver is only too happy to transfer any chilled products into the cool box so that they are in good nick upon your return.

We would far rather be informed so that we are made aware of any specific quality issues, rather than you saying nothing and being disappointed. We like to be able to put any mistakes right (and to be able to go back to our suppliers to find out what the problem has been).
This sort of thing can happen in particular with items such as aubergines which look great from the outside, even though they may be hiding problems on the inside which can’t be seen until cut open!
