     We have a policy of confirming receipt of telephone messages!

    Please do leave a contact telephone number on the answer machine along with your message. 

    When we pick up your message, we'll get back to you and let you know we are on the case!

    We ALWAYS without fail acknowledge all emails coming in to the office, so you can be assured that we have dealt with your request.

    All emails should be responded to within 24 hours (although you are likely to get a response by return!).

    If you haven’t received a response, give us a quick call, since it is likely we haven’t received your email.
