To Your Door
The Grow Wild service is designed to make your life easier - so we try to organise the most convenient way to get your order to you. We are quite happy to leave your box in a pre-arranged place!
The day you will receive your delivery is dependent on your postcode and will be allocated once we have your full address. Your delivery day will fall into one of the days as outlined below.
- We deliver to Edinburgh on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
- We deliver to West Lothian on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- We deliver to Central region addresses on Wednesdays.
- We deliver to Glasgow on Tuesdays,Thursdays and Fridays.
Your deliveries will be made using our own refrigerated vehicles by one of our friendly drivers (Ian, David or Stuart). Ian has extra-reliably been looking after our West Lothian, Glasgow and centrally based customers for the last 10 years. You may see Stuart (he’s the young one who’s been with us for a 5 years now) if you are in Edinburgh, West Lothian, South Queensferry, Lanarkshire or Glasgow since he seems to get around a bit! David who joined the Grow Wild team in 2011 (we are delighted!), and following Les' retirement after 12 years, makes the deliveries in West Lothian and Edinburgh.
Where we can leave a delivery if you are out:
When you register, please let us know of a convenient place where your order can be left by your driver. This may be round the back of your house, in the garden shed, behind the hedge, or wherever you tell us! If your order is going to be open to the elements, often the driver will stick a black bag over your order.
NB TOWN DWELLERS….If you live in a tenement, which many of our Edinburgh and Glasgow customers do, then providing us with a main stair key enables the driver to get into your block and leave your order directly outside your flat door. This has become common practice over the years, and the guys tend to jangle with keys as they make their deliveries.
We can accommodate changes to your order every week - provided that you let us know by your deadline day as follows:
- Deliveries on Tuesdays and Wednesdays - deadline is Monday noon.
- Deliveries on Thursdays - deadline is Tuesday noon.
- Deliveries on Fridays - deadline is Wednesday noon.
If you don't let us know by your deadline then your standard order will arrive, and that's what we'll charge you for.
Our prices are inclusive of delivery within central Edinburgh and central Glasgow. If your delivery address is outwith these areas, please add an additional £1 delivery charge to your order.
