Christmas

This year we have put together a gorgeous range of produce, which will all go to make a fabulous Christmas Dinner….and much more!

You can choose from Organic turkeys, chickens, and roasts (with all the trimmings of course)– OR you can opt for our lovely locally sourced Free Range Bronze- feathered turkeys, or wild game from local estates in Central Scotland, for something a little different.

We have some scrumptious jams, preserves and chutneys, and our own hand made yummy beetroot relish which are great to munch or to give away as gifts.

The most heavenly of aromas comes from the lovely Tapa people in Glasgow - their coffee beans are freshly ground, and beautifully packaged, and this year, to back up our ‘source as much wonderful produce locally, as is possible’ strategy, we have some delicious treats from the award winning chocolatiers, Coco in Edinburgh, too.

Sumptuous Smoked salmon & grav’d lax will be coming from the highlands of Scotland, award winning cheeses from the highlands and beyond, and anyone who hasn’t yet tried the Hebridean oatcakes are missing out! TRULY! Try some of the really mouth-wateringly good cakes and biscuits – or give away as gifts if you could bear it….

The fruit & veg arriving during Christmas week will be delicious selection of locally grown veg together with a selection of the more exotic fruit and veg – everything you might expect for a Christmas dinner.

To finish off the whole taste-inspired culinary experience, why not complement it with a pure bottle or two of quality organic wine, not forgetting to put a bottle aside to celebrate a great organic start to 2009!
